To be fair, people were complaining that the naval aspect was broken/underwhelming, so they made an effort to improve it. plus man the guns just obosulutely doodoo the whole naval aspect made it more complicated then it should be. and 1 extremely minor thing that shouldve been involved with the free. those are the only 2 major things youre paying for. plus the addition of said countries in the gameplay option menu where you can select what a country is gonna do, like hungary forming the austria-hungary empire, UK going communist, germany going kaiser so on.
